The successful candidate will be an exceptional leader with an excellent knowledge of effective pedagogy and a driven professional who is able to maintain a focus on improving the quality and consistency of a data management system that facilitates assessment and feedback and the transfer of MIS data between the academy, the Local Authority and the Dfe.

The role will be to lead a team that ensures the efficient running of the academy by overseeing the integrity with all linked systems are maintained through an understanding and working knowledge of MIS system (Capita SIMS),Nova-T and data protection compliance.

This leadership role sustains effective teaching and learning throughout the academy by ensuring strict deadlines are met through laser sharp attention to detail by all members of the data team.

You will have in depth knowledge of Capita SIMs, Nova-T, Statutory Returns and Data Provision. You will also be an outstanding communicator with the ability to engage with and motivate staff while ensuring deadlines are met.
