17.5 hours per week (2:30pm - 6:00pm, Monday to Friday).
43 working weeks per annum (49.3 paid weeks per annum)
£9.81 - £10.01 per hour, actual salary £8,467 - £8,637 per annum
We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, flexible and conscientious person to join our growing site team. The role involves supporting our Site Manager, by carrying out a range of caretaking duties including security and supervision of the site and related equipment, and other caretaking duties including repairs and maintenance.
The successful applicant will care for our school, take pride in its appearance and be committed to ensuring the school is a safe and secure environment for our children to thrive.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is an effective team member, and is also able to use initiative when working independently
- Has an approachable and caring attitude and is flexible and willing to help where needed
- Can communicate effectively across the whole school community
- Has proven general maintenance skills e.g. plumbing, decorating and carpentry
