Due to the retirement of our previous Deputy Headteacher, we are seeking to appoint a dynamic and innovative colleague to share in the leadership and continual development of our School. The post is class-based with dedicated leadership time each week. As Deputy Headteacher you will lead Pupil Premium and Assessment across the School. The successful candidate will also be a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead.
The successful candidate will:
· be an excellent classroom practitioner who is able to share their passion for learning and teaching with all stakeholders
· be able to work effectively within our team, supporting the close partnerships between the School and the wider community
· have high expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour
· be able to inspire, challenge, motivate and support others
· be able to lead whole school development which sustains and further raises standards
