Our popular two-form entry infant school is looking for a Headteacher who is committed to providing a rich and creative curriculum that inspires children to learn; someone who knows what high quality provision and academic progress looks like and can lead all stakeholders to achieve the shared vision. We are looking for a collaborator, someone who will work closely with the local team and stakeholders and has a genuine desire to work with our partner primary and secondary schools in Chelmsford and Ongar. We are building leadership structures for the future, and this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Deputy Headteacher to take up their first headship role, or for an existing Headteacher looking to work collaboratively in a forward-thinking, community-based trust.
