SEN Learning Support Assistant
West Horndon Primary School are looking to appoint an SEN Learning Support Assistant to help provide support for pupils with special educational needs.
The post is initially 8.45am - 1:30pm Monday to Friday including covering lunchtime.
23.75 hours per week (Monday to Friday) during term time plus 5 inset days (this may increase)
Actual Salary £10659.00 inc Outer Fringe
Currently a Fixed Term contract linked to a child in Reception
West Horndon Primary is a small, professional and welcoming school.
We are looking for an LSA to provide general class support in our bright and friendly Early Years classroom and to work 1:1 with a child with some specific physical and learning needs.
We are interested in candidates who enjoy working with children with special needs, who can act on their own initiative and are committed to meeting the needs of the individual pupil.
The position will be offered subject to a satisfactory DBS check and two references.
Visits to the school are warmly welcomed and encouraged.
