Room Leader for Hilltots at Hilltop Infant School
36 hours per week, term time plus 5 non-pupil days
Actual salary £14,872.66 (FTE £17,391 + £597 fringe)
This is an exciting opportunity to be a key person in our new pre-school, Hilltots. Hilltots is fully integrated into Hilltops Infant School, an outstanding school in Wickford, and the new setting is key to the planned growth of HEARTS Academy Trust. We seek to appoint an enthusiastic, committed Room Leader to lead a friendly and professional team. The applicant must be able to lead a team through a collaborative approach and have a very good understanding of the EYFS.
Room Leader/leader experience is desirable but not essential. Applicants must be qualified to at least level 3. The successful applicant should be enthusiastic, passionate and hardworking. In return we offer the support of the school and Trust staff and a range of CPD experiences.
