Pastoral Manager
Band 4 Point 19-24 on the new April 19 pay bands
37 hours per week, term time plus inset days and 3 weeks during the school holidays.
£24,799 to £27,905 pro rata plus £609 Outer London fringe allowance
Actual salary £23,244 to £26,304.
Required for June 2019. We are seeking to appoint a well-organised, enthusiastic individual to join our dedicated pastoral team who play a major part in supporting our students.
We are seeking a colleague who has:
Experience in a secondary pastoral role working with a diverse range of young people
Excellent inter-personal and communication skills with the ability to deal with sensitive issues.
The ability to balance student support with excellent behavioural expectations and management.
Excellent planning, administrative and organisational skills.
Ability to work proactively and independently and as part of a team
