We have a fantastic opportunity for the right candidates to join the central HR team at The Sigma Trust. This is an exciting time for the Trust, we have recently expanded and are looking forward to an exciting future. This role is based at our Offices in Clacton on Sea.
HR Assistant
Local Government Band 2: Actual Salary from £16,526, (1st April 2019 rates)
The Role
As the HR Assistant you will provide confidential, comprehensive administrative support to the HR team, incorporating the full employee life cycle, including recruitment activities and maintaining Management Information Systems and personnel files across multiple academies, in accordance with the appropriate Trust policies and procedures.

This post is 37 hours per week, 42 weeks per year (Term Time, plus Non-pupil days and 3 weeks during school closure periods). We are happy to consider applications from people who are able to work fewer hours per week.
