Following the retirement of our Headteacher we are looking to appoint a committed and inspirational leader who is able to engage and motivate our community of pupils and staff.
Moreton is a one form entry (VA) rural Primary School situated in the village of Moreton, Essex within proximity to Brentwood and with easy access to London, Stansted Airport and the M25/M11
We are recognised by Ofsted as being a GOOD School.
The successful candidate will:
- Be passionate about continuing to drive school improvement to achieve outstanding outcomes in all areas of school life;
- A leader who will provide Christian leadership, upholding school Christian values and actively support, lead and develop the Christian ethos of the school;
- Have strong leadership qualities with a proven record of managing significant educational responsibilities;
- Have experience of robust assessment and monitoring across whole school leading to effective analysis to raise standards for all children across the ability spectrum;
- Have a good understanding of the importance of managing constrained resources whilst still raising standards;
- Have the ability to create effective, positive relationships with our parent body and other members of our local community;
- Have the ability to develop a vision of the school' s progression in the changing educational landscape.
