The College is seeking to appoint an outstanding Learning Support Assistant to work with learners with moderate, severe and complex learning difficulties and disabilities. The role is to provide learning support to ensure that students with a learning difficulty or disability are not disadvantaged.It is essential that the successful candidates hold a GCSE in English and Maths at grade A-C (4 and above), or an equivalent qualification. In addition a Learning Support qualification is essential, or a willingness to work towards gaining the qualification.
