You will be responsible for the allocation of responsibilities to Science Technicians and for training the science technicians in their duties.in Science Technicians in their duties.

You will provide set up and collect equipment for each lesson as specified in the technical lists contained in the schemes of work in use. Plus any additional equipment agreed at time of requisition. You will alsomaintain science equipment, apparatus, books, chemicals, glassware etc. to an acceptable and safe standard. (Within agreed budgets)

You will also be required to take on First Aid duties and any training for this will be provided. You will be a self-motivated individual and will possess an excellent understanding of health and safety.

You would be based at our Belfairs Academy in Leigh on Sea.
