HR Business Partner

We are pleased to be recruiting an HR Business Partner to our growing Multi Academy Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to join our new centralised HR team. We are looking for someone with drive and passion to be part of our comprehensive, proactive, flexible and robust HR service ensuring that we continue to provide the very best educational opportunities for all students. The post will be based at the Trust's head office located at William Edwards School and working across our academies in Thurrock and Havering.

As our HR Business Partner you will:

Be responsible and accountable for the resolution of HR issues in Trust schools;
Provide comprehensive strategic and operational HR advice and support;
Design and deliver HR training and development;
Develop and maintain high quality working relationships; and
Mentor HR colleagues.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in education HR and will have Chartered CIPD status (or suitable experience) with a Degree level qualification desirable. They will be able to demonstrate their knowledge of employment and education law with proven experience in both an HR advisory role and training design and delivery.
