As the Office and Cover Manager you will be responsible for the smooth day to day running of the Academy by providing administrative support to all staff.
You will organise and administer the daily cover arrangements, highlighting areas of concern over busy periods and maintain the attendance line ensuring accurate recording of attendance for all staff. You will also be responsible for the administration and management of the Reception and Administrative staff within the Academy.
Previous experience of working within an educational environment would be ideal however a strong organisational background and experience in dealing with resources, coupled with excellent communication skills would be required.
This is a term time only position.
