South Essex Alliance Multi-Academy Trust (SEAMAT) is seeking to appoint an Assistant Headteacher with ambition to become a future Headteacher and potential Chief Executive Officer. The post is initially in Rayleigh Primary School and is class based for the first year. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic middle leader to take the first steps into senior leadership.

The ideal candidate will have commitment to learning across a range of schools, be innovative in their teaching and the ambition to become a school leader. The schools within the alliance will ensure you are supported to be the best you can be.
