Oaklands Infant School in Chelmsford requires a MIDDAY ASSISTANT, to start the week commencing 16th April 2018. The working hours are from 11.45 to 1.15. The vacancy is for one day per week but more hours will be available on a relief basis. There is some flexibility of working days, and this is a term-time only position.

You will work well as part of a team, be patient, tolerant, understanding and mostly importantly enjoy being with children and helping them to play and develop social skills. The role involves working in both the dining hall and in the playground.

The salary will be at Essex County Council Scale Band 1 Point 9.
