TEACHER OF FRENCH
Full Time

Required for September 2018, an enthusiastic and well qualified teacher of French to join our outstanding Languages Department. You will be expected to teach across the age and ability range up to and including the sixth form. The ability to offer a second language is desirable but not essential.
This is an ideal opportunity for a new entrant to the profession or equally attractive to a more experienced colleague who would relish the opportunity of teaching French to advanced level with highly motivated students.
All students are expected to learn two languages to GCSE, French and a second language from Spanish, German, Italian, Chinese, Japanese or Russian. In 2017, 62% achieved A*-C and 29% achieved A*/A in French.
The Anglo European School is a comprehensive school with a curriculum informed by a strong international dimension and with pupils who demonstrate outstanding personal development. All members of staff working at the school support the aims and international ethos of the school and participate in the extensive visits programme.
The Anglo European School is located in the village of Ingatestone in Essex with easy access to the A12 and M25. Ingatestone is also only a 30 minute train journey from Liverpool Street station.
