About the role
We are seeking to appoint enthusiastic and talented Teacher to join the Early Years and Social Care team to deliver courses from Level 1 through to Level 3 in Childcare, which covers a variety of areas including Caring for Children and Early Years Education and Care. You will also be working to address individual learning needs, overcome barriers to learning and encourage autonomous learning.

What we are looking for
The successful candidate will have a Degree and/or a Level 3 qualification or equivalent in a Childcare and Early Years discipline as well as the willingness, if required to undertake a teaching qualification if not already held.

What we can offer
The successful candidate can expect the College to fund any training required for the role, investment in their professional development, opportunities to further their career as well as an excellent benefits package including 42 days annual leave (pro-rata) plus bank holidays.

Still unsure if this is the right role for you? Contact Ruth Anodin on 01279 868089 for an informal discussion.
