SENCO Teacher (0.1 FTE) MPS plus SEN
Fordham All Saints Primary is a small thriving rural school of 138 pupils with a terrific reputation. The aim of our school is to create an environment that stimulates and motivates not only children but all adults who are involved in the life of our community. We are proud of the fact that our children are well behaved, eager to learn and love being challenged.
The school is seeking to appoint an innovative teacher a day per week , to coordinate inclusion within the school.
Do you have: • A real passion and enthusiasm for supporting children with special needs and their families? • Experience of working with and making a difference to pupils with SEND? • Have experience of identifying, evaluating and providing effective strategies for pupils with SEND? • The SEN accreditation or if not be willing to undertake it? • Have high expectations of pupil achievement and attainment? • Evident skills in team work and team building? • Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills? • The ability to lead and develop a team of dedicated staff? • Confidence to work with partners including, parents, agencies, LA etc.? • Have a commitment to deepening your understanding of SEND?
