Facilities Manager
REPORTS TO:
Executive Headteacher
PAYSCALE:
Band 3 Point 21
RESPONISBLE FOR:
Caretaking and Cleaning Staff
CONTRACT:
Permanent, Full time , 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year,
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
· To contribute to the smooth running of the School by organising and managing the caretaking/cleaning team and undertaking effective supervision, caretaking maintenance, Health & Safety and security of the site and related resources.
Liaison with:
School staff, contractors, the public/hirers, and other Trust staff.
