This National Teaching School is looking for an enthusiastic and well-qualified individual to join our Computer Studies department and continue to promote the academic success of Computing and Computer Studies throughout the school.
Commencing January 2018 we are seeking to appoint a member of staff who has knowledge of Linux, Windows, Python, HTML and computer hardware and possibly have a degree in computing; with the view to teaching Computing up to A Level.
The Computer Studies department is strong and successful and committed to continually improve teaching methods to provide greatest benefit to the students. Teacher training may be available for the suitable candidate if necessary; but more importantly is an enthusiasm for Computing and to be a strong team player.
Applications are also welcome from Newly Qualified Teachers for whom the School has a well developed support programme.
