The role is to Co manage the day to day running of the children's day nursery.
The nursery will be offering full day care for children aged from birth to 5 years of age.
Flexibility and good time management is key to this role.
You will be working hands on with the children in a room and when required will also have time to ensure the operation of the nursery is to a high standard.
Must hold a minimum of a Level 3 in Childcare and have at least 1 years experience in a leadership role.
Experience with dealing with staffing / performance issues, vetting and recruitment, health and safety, Ofsted and other external agencies. would be ideal.
Must be able to work on your own initiative and have a professional yet approachable leadership style.
Firm understanding and experience of the Early Years Foundation Stage and Welfare Requirements and how these are put into practice is required.
Salary will be dependent on experience.
