Harlow Fields School and College is a caring, nurturing environment but also one of learning, fun and aspiration. We are looking for a newly qualified enthusiastic and inspiring teacher who will promote the achievement and wellbeing of our pupils who have severe, and complex needs.
You will need:
- The ability to create a clear vision for the class
- The skills to develop the pupils to their full potential
- To have a strong track record of outstanding teaching
- To be able to assess pupils knowledge and understanding scaffolding their next steps accurately
- To have high expectations of students and experience of raising achievement
- Understand the complexities of SEN pupils
