37 hours per week, 38 weeks + 2 weeks holiday working
We are leensward Academy is June 2017kingnt and Pastoral Assistantooking for an individual who is confident, patient, resilient and assertive to join the academy in managing the Isolation Zone, organise work placements for students and to carry out administrative duties in line with this role.
The ideal candidate should be able to work on their own initiative, have an eye for detail, and be flexible in their working day. Some experience in working in this environment would be beneficial.

Information about the School
Greensward Academy is an 11-19 comprehensive academy based in Hockley in Essex. It is part of the Academies Enterprise Trust (AET), a multi-academy sponsor which aims to provide the opportunity for all young learners to fulfil their real potential. The academy is graded Good by Ofsted and its results are strong, particularly in the Sixth Form which is in the top 3% nationally and top in Essex according to DfE Post 16 Performance Tables.
