Payroll Officer - Band 3(W) - Scale point 17-25 (£17,772 - £ 22,658pa FTE)
Hours: 20 per week term time plus 3 weeks (42 weeks per annum)
A new and exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to contribute to the implementation and development of the school's in-house payroll function.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, efficient and enthusiastic with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a keen eye for detail. A good working knowledge of Microsoft ICT packages (word & excel) to produce and analyse data/reports for monitoring and management of payroll information. The ability to work on own initiative and a good team player is essential. A high level of personal integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times is required.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar position, be a competent user of Sage 50 payroll and preferably with knowledge of setting up and implementing an internal payroll.
