Maltings Academy and New Rickstones Academy in Witham, Essex are graded 'Outstanding' and 'Good' by Ofsted respectively. Both have a state of the art new building offering fantastic facilities for both students and staff alike. The post is based at New Rickstones Academy but you will also be required to work at Maltings Academy.
We are looking to recruit a Data Manager who will be responsible for managing and developing the academy's data and Management Information System as well as co-ordinating staff absence and cover. The successful candidate will have experience within a similar role including using Management information Systems, managing large databases and complying with data protection and security standards. You will have advanced IT skills including Excel.

New Rickstones Academy is a secondary school based in Witham. This is an exciting time to join New Rickstones Academy as we continue to expand. Over the last 8 years, student numbers have more than doubled, leading to oversubscription and the addition of a new building in September 2022 to accommodate the growing demand.
We maintained our 'Good' OFSTED rating in 2023. Whilst learning is our core aim, mutual respect and fantastic working relationships between students and staff is what makes New Rickstones Academy what it is, and makes me proud to be Principal.
