We are looking for a SEND Learning Support Assistant to work predominantly with a child in Year 2 - both on a 1:1 basis and as small group support.

We are looking for someone who:

is highly motivated and committed to achieving the best for every child;

is able to foster positive relationships with children, colleagues and outside agencies;

has experience with developing speech and language;

has experience of developing social skills in children;

can follow direction but also be pro-active and use own initiative;

Applicants must have a good standard of English and Maths and some knowledge of the National Curriculum would be desirable.

This is a fixed term contract linked to the child's Education, Health andCare Plan and is for 10 hours per week, term time only.
