We need an enthusiastic SEN Manager to join our friendly and supportive team in offering the best provision for children with SEND.
If that is you - you will have:
- Experience in supporting children with SEND to the highest standards
- A minimum of a Level 2 qualification in Learning Support (but preferably Level 3)
- A good understanding of the needs of young children in Reception and KS1
- An empathetic and caring approach
- Good behaviour management skills and strategies
- Effective communication skills
- Good organisational skills
- Some experience of preparing relevant SEN paperwork (although training will be available)
- The ability to work in partnership with the SENCO, external agencies, specialists, class teacher, teaching assistants, senior leadership team, families and children
- A strong commitment to inclusion and a "team around the child" approach
