Winter Gardens Academy within the South Essex Academy Trust are looking for a permanent Midday Assistant. Your primary role will be to maintain the safety, welfare and good conduct of the pupils during their lunch break and undertaking cleaning in and around dining areas.
The successful candidate will:
Have a calm and positive manner
Be flexible and well organised
Have the ability to work as part of a team
Be able to maintain a safe working environment
Be caring and supportive
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
The post is for 6 hours 15 minutes per week, Monday to Friday
1 hour 15 minutes per day (12:00 - 13:15)
Term time only (38 weeks per year).
Salary: Band 1 (point 6 - 10)
