INCLUSION ASSISTANTS

REQUIRED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

BAND 3M

37 HOURS PER WEEK

TERM TIME ONLY PLUS INSET DAYS

ACTUAL STARTING SALARY - £15247

We are seeking to appoint two confident, positive and well organised people to join our Success Team as Inclusion Assistants.

The successful candidates will be pro-active, assertive and versatile as well as having excellent communication and interpersonal skills and will be able to work confidently with both students and staff.

The main duties of the role will be to encourage the inclusion of students who are at risk of social exclusion and those who may have emotional and/or behavioural difficulties.
