Assistant Headteacher required for Quarry Hill Academy

We are currently looking for an exceptional Assistant Headteacher to join our leadership team at Quarry Hill, which became an academy in July 2013.

We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious individual to develop as a senior leader and take the next step in leadership. Along with other members of the senior leadership team, the Assistant Headteacher will be centrally involved in the management of the academy and will be responsible for raising standards and helping establish a culture that is nurturing and rigorous.

Our ideal candidate will be an outstanding teacher and a strategic leader with a resilient character and a strong personal drive with sound knowledge of the Primary curriculum.

The ideal candidate will also:

Have proven experience of positively impacting on student progress and raising attainment and developing excellence
Be fully committed to Quarry Hill Academy's ethos of high expectations
Have the drive to make a real difference to the lives of pupils
