An opportunity for a Development/Strategy Manager has arisen at Little Pals. The role will be a new position at senior level in the organisation offering the job holder fantastic job satisfaction, if you have childcare experience of more than 3 years and experience in Development we will offer a very competitive salary of up to £22,000 pa. This post will initially be on a 2 year contact with the opportunity to extend.
The role primarily will be to work with the Directors to develop a strategy that embraces infrastructure developments within the Tendring area and the evolving changes in district, county and national policies that affect childcare provision. The job holder will also be expected to work with directors & team supervisors to deliver a development plan in excess of the Ofsted requirements.
