We are looking to appoint an appropriately qualified and experienced person as our Finance Officer to provide high quality finance support to our school. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, highly organised and will have the attributes, knowledge and confidence to be able to support and work with the Head Teacher and Governors.

Knowledge and experience of school budgets and financial management systems is essential, making appropriate use of IT packages such as Excel, MSWord and Pegasus Opera III.

The post is allocated 15 hours per week (exact times negotiable), term time plus two weeksas well asholiday allowance. The successful candidate will be part of a small, friendly administration team.

In September 2023 Endeavour Co-operative Academy will be a 5 – 19 school for 172 young people, all with an EHCP. The primary need of pupils is Moderate Learning Difficulties. Our classes have, on average, 12 pupils and 1.5 Teaching Assistants. All teachers are class tutors, which involves responsibility for registration, reports and Annual Reviews for a class.
