We are expanding to our highest number of pupils on roll ever and Lexden Springs needs you!
Ofsted's grade for our school is good with outstanding Post 16 provision. This is why our Key Stage 5 department requires experienced, diverse and inspiring teachers to promote the achievement and wellbeing of our pupils. This department is extremely focused on work related learning, building aspirations for pupil's job prospects with employability portfolios.
You will need:

The ability to create a clear vision for the class

The skills to develop the pupils to their full potential

To have a strong track record of outstanding teaching

To be able to assess pupils knowledge and understanding scaffolding their next steps accurately

To have high expectations of students and experience of raising achievement

Understand the complexities of SEN pupils

Have QTS to understand the learning of our pupils

To work closely with our transition team to support regular work placements seamlessly within class teaching
