Can you create engaging, challenging Mandarin lessons? Could you contribute the development of this exciting subject? If so, we want to hear from you. Becket Keys (1,050 students by 2018) is an ambitious, over-subscribed school with very high academic and behaviour expectations. In our first inspection (May 2014), OfSTED judged us 'Outstanding'. The next stages of our development include the conclusion of our £10m building programme, teaching our first GCSE cohorts and establishing a 6th Form. Our students are passionate about their school and staff will tell you that this is an exciting and exceptional place to work.

We are now inviting applications for an enthusiastic Mandarin Teacher to join our Modern Foreign Languages Department from September 2015. The right candidate will be a highly committed team player with the drive, energy and passion to further develop Mandarin Chinese at Becket Keys Church of England School. Applicants must be willing to lead by example and play a full part in the school's daily life including contributing to the extra-curricular programme, teaching/assisting other subjects and undertaking 'duties' before, during and after school.

Applicants do not necessarily have to share our faith, but should be committed to our values and expectations.
