Assistant Headteacher

L3 - L7 (Group 3 school)

An exciting opportunity has arisen at our school for a committed teacher to join our Senior Leadership Team. We wish to appoint an innovative teacher who will play an important role in driving standards in Mathematics across the school.

We are looking for someone who:

Is an outstanding classroom practitioner who is able to inspire excellence throughout the school community and support the work of the Senior Leadership Team
Is an innovative and strategic thinker and has commitment, drive and the ability to add value to our hardworking and forward thinking team
Is able to lead and motivate others
Is enthusiastic, a team player and shows excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
Has a clear working knowledge and understanding of pedagogy in Mathematics.
Is able to confidently benchmark pupils' progress and attainment with national and local authority data
