Are you who we are looking for? Come And See!

"Pupils have an outstanding education at St. Teresa's. They are exceptionally well prepared for their futures both academically and in their personal development." Ofsted Jan 2014

We are no longer able to distract our highly respected and successful Headteacher from her retirement. Therefore, Governors of this happy, vibrant and oversubscribed Catholic primary school are seeking to appoint a practising Catholic who has the vision, drive, enthusiasm and imagination not just to maintain our outstanding offering but to go much further, making our school an even more fantastic and rewarding experience for our children than it is already.

We Can Offer You:

• a happy, caring and encouraging environment for learning and a wonderful place to work!

• children who are "highly motivated and exceptionally keen to learn" Ofsted Jan 2014

• the chance to lead an Outstanding School

• an excellent leadership team and dedicated, highly skilled staff

• the opportunity to influence the future direction of our school and its reputation

• personal and professional development within a supportive network of Diocesan and local schools

• supportive Parents, Parish and Governors

• assistance with relocation expenses.

Can you offer us?

• excellence and enthusiasm in primary education

• inspirational leadership and proven management skills

• a high regard for the personal achievement of every child

• the ability to think strategically

• an exciting vision for our future

• the resourcefulness to maintain and develop our rich extra-curricular opportunities

• the commitment to secure the very best outcomes for all our stakeholders

• the talent to nurture positive relationships between home, school and parish.

"St Teresa's is an outstanding school with a Catholic ethos which permeates all areas. Outcomes for pupils, the provision for Catholic education and the capacity for sustained improvement are excellent." Section 48 March 2014.

We have so much more we want to share with you about St. Teresa's but we don't have enough room here. Please arrange to visit us and you can come and see for yourself why we believe that this is the opportunity you have been looking for!
