The Trustees of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Multi Academy Trust are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, inspirational leader, who is passionate about teaching and learning, to be Head of School at St Luke's Catholic Academy, which is part of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Multi Academy Trust.

St Luke's Catholic Academy is a Primary School with a warm and friendly atmosphere that was judged 'Good' by Ofsted in March 2015. The Trust consists of two schools, and are both led by the same Executive Headteacher.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • A practising Catholic, committed to the ethos and has a clear vision of leadership within the Catholic education sector
  • An outstanding practitioner who is able to aspire and motivate all our children to achieve their full potential
  • Able to work effectively with the executive headteacher and the trustees to strategically lead our school forward
  • Has proven leadership and management skills
  • An excellent communicator able to lead and develop their colleagues potential
  • Able to continue to build strong links between the parish, parents, governors and local community
  • Has high expectations of achievement and behaviour

Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Multi Academy Trust was formed in August 2013 and incorporates St Alban's Catholic Academy and St Luke's Catholic Academy. Both schools are one form entry and are happy, exciting and inspiring learning environments.
