We are seeking to appoint an energetic and enthusiastic play-leader to join our team of Midday supervisors. We are looking for someone to create a positive, supportive and pleasurable outside environment for our children. You would be required each day from 11.45 - 1.00 p.m.

Your responsibilities would include:

  • providing safe, creative, appropriate play opportunities, preparing activities and Managing the organisation of the lunchtime programme of 4-11 year olds in partnership with the Senior Midday Assistant and the Senior Management team

  • organising the deployment of the Midday Assistants on the playground to maximise play opportunities for our children

  • ensuring care for the children as part of a team

  • working as part of a team with other staff in the club including attendance at staff meetings and training events

  • Carrying out all responsibilities within agreed policies and working within an equal opportunities framework
