Deputy Head required for January 2016
Queen Boudica is a modern larger than average primary school situated on a growing development in north Colchester. Ofsted say we are good, we are pushing onto outstanding.
The governing body want to appoint an exceptional senior practitioner to join our team to ensure the long term continued success of the school.
This is a non-classroom based position although there will be regular teaching commitments.
As a key leader in the school you need to be able to demonstrate outstanding and inspirational teaching and the ability to lead and inspire others and hold them accountable.

This position includes overall responsibility for curriculum & assessment & supporting the Headteacher as a designated safeguarding person.

Queen Boudica Primary School is a thriving and successful two-form entry primary school situated on the north side of Colchester. Since opening in 2009, the school has expanded twice and is now full with a capacity of 420 pupils.
