Kendall C/E Primary School is a popular church school nestled in a quiet part of Colchester on the New Town border. The school is a safe and secluded environment in which children can learn and develop the skills they need, and was judged by OFSTED as Good in June 2014.

Owing to the career progression of our current Headteacher to a larger school, the pupils, staff and governors are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and inspirational leader who will be able to continue the successful development of our school to outstanding.

We are looking for someone who has:

• the skill to lead the staff and pupils on the journey to becoming an Outstanding school
• a proven ability to lead, challenge and inspire staff and pupils
• the ability to plan strategically
• the commitment to maintain and develop the Christian ethos and character of the school.
