Two School Office Finance Administrator and Clerical Administrator
Finance Admin Band 2 point 11 - 16 (full range) Pro-rata £10,476 - £11,901
Clerical Admin Band 2 point 11 - 14 (mid-point) Pro-rata £10,476 - £11,383
Part time - 30 hours per week
Following a re-structure, we are seeking to appoint two well organised, efficient and motivated people to join our busy school office team in September.
Both candidates will have:
· a good standard of English and Maths (minimum GCSE grade C)
· experience of general administrative office based responsibilities
· an up to date working knowledge of MSWord and Excel
· excellent communication skills
· team-working and a 'can do' attitude
Finance/Admin
Your main duties will include financial administration such as processing orders and invoices, overtime/subsistence claims; daily income collection; day-to-day operational administration of school's finance management information system (PS Financials); photocopying; face-to-face and telephone communication with parents/visitors to the school office.
Clerical/Admin
Your main duties will include HR/Personnel administration such as pre-employment checks, payroll, preparation of contracts; maintain Single Central Record; Pupil records; Supply teacher booking and associated paperwork; photocopying; face-to-face and telephone communication with parents/visitors to the school office.
