An exciting new opportunity has risen for an Assistant Headteacher at our school.

The Governors and Headteacher of Burnham on Crouch Primary School are seeking to appoint an excellent teacher to support our school on its journey from 'good' to 'outstanding'.

You will be able to work as part of a large, friendly team, be adaptable and well organised, self-motivated with high expectations of yourself and others and fostering positive relationships with our children, parents and staff.

The successful candidate will:

Be an outstanding teacher who inspires a love of learning
Be able to use data to plan for improvement of pupils' progress
