An exiting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Headteacher at our school. We are seeking to appoint an outstanding teacher to play a key role in the senior leadership team of our small, friendly school. The position will include class teaching responsibility, with regular non-contact time for leadership activities. There will be opportunities to lead a key phase/areas of school development.
The successful candidate will:
- be an outstanding classroom practitioner with a positive attitude
- have proven ability to lead significant areas of school development
- have successful experience of raising standards throughout the school
- be able to both lead and participate in effective teams and to motivate others
- have high expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour
