Required from September 2015 to cover Maternity Leave
Graded as "outstanding" for the second time in 2013, Shorefields School caters for pupils with severe learning difficulties. We are seeking a class teacher to cover a maternity leave with a positive and motivated attitude to meeting complex special needs and the enthusiasm, energy and resiliance to contribute to our outstanding team.
NQT's or teachers transferring from mainstream are welcome to apply; our priority is appointing someone with the right personality and approach and with the skills and attributes that will suport effective work here. We can help with the rest!. You will need a good work ethic and the desire and ability to learn fast.
Shorefields School caters for the needs of pupils with a range of complex learning difficulties. We currently have 130 pupils on roll aged between 3 and 19 years. Our catchment area extends to the whole of the Tendring peninsula.
