We are seeking to appoint a well organised, friendly and reliable person with excellent office and interpersonal skills to work in our busy school office. This post is for 37 hours per week, term time + 5 days.

We are looking for a candidate who:

  • has good ICT, numeracy an literacy skills
  • has a good working knowledge of Word, Publisher, SIMS.NET, Agora, School Comms and Target Tracker
  • has a flexible approach to daily tasks and is able to work on their own initiative
  • can multitask and work calmly and accurately under pressure
  • is a team player with a good sense of humour

Duties will include:

  • Support our busy reception, answering phone and parent queries
  • administrating first aid to pupils and staff
  • collating dinner numbers
  • collecting and banking monies for dinners, trips and school fund
  • booking coaches for trips
  • word processing, data entry and any other admin duties as required
