Unity Primary Academy is a new school and a member of the REAch2 Trust, a national family of primary academies committed to raising standards and achieving excellence for all pupils, whatever their background or circumstance.

Governors are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and inspirational School Leader who shares our commitment, a cornerstone of exceptional teaching experiences with shared values of learning, leadership, enjoyment, inclusion, inspiration, responsibility and integrity. Unity Primary Academy is seeking an outstanding professional.

You will be accountable for:



•The quality of teaching, progress and outcomes for the pupils of the school through robust monitoring, evaluation and reporting of these to the Executive Principal and the SLT;



•The effective day to day management of the school;



•The effective implementation and embedding of the agreed REAch2 vision, principles and policies within the school;

The successful candidates will share in our vision of the school and will work diligently to promote an exciting and challenging learning environment for our children.

This is an exciting leadership opportunity.

We would welcome visits to the school on weeks beginning: 16th and 23rd March 2015.
