Assistant Headteacher - Achievement and Progress
Required for April 2015
The Governors are seeking to appoint a well-qualified teacher with successful leadership experience to join the leadership team of this 11-16, co-educational, Catholic Comprehensive School. As Assistant Headteacher (Achievement and Progress) you will have the opportunity to work with outstanding leaders, in order to shape the vision for education in the School, ensuring that the provision our students receive, sets them on an outstanding educational pathway into the future. As Assistant Headteacher (Achievement and Progress), you will need to demonstrate:
- Excellent classroom practice ·
- High expectations of standards and achievement ·
- Excellent interpersonal, team development and leadership skills ·
- Determination and ability to inspire young people ·
- A forward thinking approach to educational development ·
- An ambition for yourself, the students and the school community.
