HEADTEACHER - Purford Green Primary School
Required for April or if necessary September 2015:
Salary: L12 - L18
Due to the retirement of the current post holder we are seeking an outstanding teacher and an inspirational leader for the position of Headteacher. Purford Green School became an academy in September 2013 under the sponsorship of the Passmores Cooperative Learning Community (PCLC). The partnership model is a success story and we want an energetic and committed professional to join and help us move to the next level.
Purford Green is a popular, one form entry school and has made great progress, as can be seen by the improved SATs results and an improved academic profile in the lower years. The school has a stable and dedicated staff team and the current headteacher is leaving the school in a strong position.
The successful candidate will have: ·
Experience of raising standards of teaching and learning, leading to improved achievement; ·
The energy, ambition and commitment to lead the school on the journey to being a great school recognised within the community and nationally.
