The children, staff and governors at Springfield Primary School are looking for an outstanding Primary Teacher to become our new Deputy Headteacher after the Easter Break 2015.

We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

• proven ability to deliver outstanding Teaching and Learning, with experience in both KS1 and KS2
• ambition, enthusiasm and desire to make a difference
• the ability to lead and motivate others
• the skills necessary to support trainee teachers, NQTs and staff
• high expectations and wants to make a difference to children's lives
