WellsPark School are looking for an outstanding practitioner with a proven ability to manage pupil behaviour and tolead our new Choices classroom, opening in 2015. Choices is aimed at supporting mainstream pupils who are currently attending schools in the local area and who are at risk of permanent exclusion because of difficulties in managing their emotions and behaviour.

Choices main aim is to support pupils to develop classroom behaviours and emotional intelligence in order that they can succeed within a mainstream school. The classroom has been commissioned by the West Essxex Delivery Group to Wells Park. As such, it will be managed by Wells Park and follow the ethos and direction of the school, as well as benefiting from the support of Wells Park expertise.

This is an unique job opportunity for the right individual. The successful candidate will work closely alongside two experienced HLTAs within the class to help children develop appropriate classroom behaviours and also support pupils to achieve within their mainstream settings.

Wells Park School is an Ofsted 'Outstanding' special school (June 2012 Education & September 2014 Residential) for pupils with BESD, which is committed to providing a comprehensive package of support and training to its staff.
